The Food Safety 101 Series offers a diverse collection of informative and digestible short lessons to be used as a resource to support acceptable operations within a private home, for anyone seeking a greater understanding of general food safety. The training lessons offer guidelines and best practices for specific food safety topics and various environmental health situations that may present themselves during the normal functions that take place in any home kitchen . Each individual training within the series offers a clear and concise overview of a topic and provides guidance for acceptable, safe, alternative operations. Because anyone may participate in these lesson plans many of our sessions are reserved by teenage groups interested in the culinary field of work, or they just want to attend a fun, learning plan that one day may serve as a stepping stone into the food industry.
